113 Notice of possible order
(1)
Before making an order under this Division, the Commission is to require the person in whose favour the order would be made to serve notice on such persons as the Commission considers have an interest in the matter that such an order might be made.
(2)
A person served with such a notice is entitled to appear and be heard in relation to the matter.
