6.18 Development at certain land at Kissing Point Road and Pacific Highway, Turramurra
(1)
This clause applies to land identified as “Area 7” on the Floor Space Ratio Map.
(2)
Development consent must not be granted to development on the land unless the consent authority is satisfied the development includes a minimum amount of gross floor area used for the purposes of non-residential development that is calculated using a floor space ratio of 0.85:1.
