84 Use of certain land at 1334 and 1340 Pacific Highway, Turramurra
(1)
This clause applies to land at 1334 and 1340 Pacific Highway, Turramurra, being Lot 7, DP 214733 and Lot 6, DP 26828.
(2)
Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a)
business premises,
(b)
office premises,
(c)
restaurants or cafes.
(3)
Development consent must not be granted under this clause to development that results in a building used for the purposes specified in subclause (2) exceeding a floor space ratio of 0.3:1.
