101 Term of consolidated mining lease
A consolidated mining lease—
(a)
takes effect on the date on which it is granted or on such later date as the Minister may determine, and
(b)
ceases to have effect at the expiration of such period (not extending beyond the first day by which all the existing leases that have been consolidated would, but for the consolidation, have expired) as the Minister may determine.
