104 Application of this Act and other Acts to grant of consolidated mining leases
(1)
Part 5 does not apply to or in respect of the grant of a consolidated mining lease.
(2)
The provisions of any other Act prohibiting, regulating or restricting, or having the effect of prohibiting, regulating or restricting, the grant of a mining lease do not apply to the grant of a consolidated mining lease.
