260 Form of permit
A permit must be in the form prescribed by the regulations, must be signed by the person by whom it is granted and must include the following particulars—
(a)
a statement to the effect that it has been granted under this Act,
(b)
the name of the person to whom it has been granted,
(c)
the nature of the powers it confers,
(d)
a description of the land over which it is granted,
(e)
the conditions to which it is subject,
(f)
the period for which it is to have effect.
