378N Application for restraining order
(1)
A person bringing proceedings (as referred to in section 378L) may apply for a restraining order in relation to property of the defendant.
(2)
An application under this section may be made to the Land and Environment Court.
(3)
On an application under this section—
(a)
the court may, if it thinks fit, require the person making the application to give notice of the application to a person who the court has reason to believe has an interest in the property or part of the property, and
(b)
a person to whom the court requires notice be given under paragraph (a) is entitled to appear and to adduce evidence at the hearing of the application.
