378O Making of restraining order
On an application under section 378N, the court may make a restraining order in relation to the defendant’s property, if it is satisfied (on the information contained in or accompanying the application) that—
(a)
the defendant has committed the relevant offence, and
(b)
amounts are or are likely to be payable under section 378ZA or 378ZB, and
(c)
it is appropriate to make an order under this section in the circumstances of the case.
