14 Application of amendments
Except as provided by this Part or the regulations, an amendment made to this Act by the 2022 amending Act extends to—
a motor accident occurring before the commencement of the amendment, but not before 1 December 2017, and
a claim for statutory benefits or damages made before the commencement of the amendment, but not before 1 December 2017, and
proceedings pending before a merit reviewer, a medical assessor, the Commission or a court immediately before the commencement of the amendment.
