3.16 Decisions about earning capacity
(1)
An insurer can make a decision about the pre-accident earning capacity or post-accident earning capacity of an injured person at any time.
(2)
The Motor Accident Guidelines can provide for the procedures to be followed by insurers in connection with the making of those decisions.
