7.16 Regulations
The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following matters—
(a)
requiring the giving of reasons for and supporting documentation in relation to an insurer’s claim decision and the notification to claimants of the right to request an internal review or apply for a merit review,
(b)
the procedures to be followed by the parties to a claim in connection with an internal review.
