32 Preparation of State disaster mitigation plan
(1)
The Authority must—
(a)
prepare a draft State disaster mitigation plan, and
(b)
submit the draft plan to the Minister for approval.
(2)
After reviewing the draft State disaster mitigation plan, the Minister must—
(a)
approve the draft plan, or
(b)
approve the draft plan with changes the Minister considers necessary or appropriate.
