33 Review and update of State disaster mitigation plan
(1)
The Authority must review and update the State disaster mitigation plan—
(a)
at least once every 5 years, or
(b)
as otherwise directed by the Minister.
(2)
In reviewing and updating the State disaster mitigation plan, the Authority must have regard to any disaster adaptation plans.
(3)
The regulations may provide for further matters in relation to reviewing and updating the State disaster mitigation plan.
