62 Step-in functions of Authority
The Authority has the following functions in relation to a declared project—
(a)
to carry out the project if authorised by a project authorisation order,
(b)
if the project is being carried out by, or involves, another government agency—to be responsible, in accordance with a project authorisation order, for the project.
