63 Project authorisation orders
(1)
The Minister may make an order for the purposes of this Division (a project authorisation order).
(2)
A project authorisation order must be published in the Gazette.
(3)
A project authorisation order may be made on the terms and conditions—
(a)
decided by the Minister, and
(b)
specified or referred to in the order.
