12 Agreements under section 15A of existing Act
(1)
Any agreement in force under section 15A of the existing Act immediately before the registration commencement time continues to have effect after that time in respect of matters arising before that time.
(2)
Section 15A (2) of the existing Act continues to have effect for this purpose.
