13 Funding arrangements
The Registration of Interests in Goods Account established under section 11 of the existing Act is abolished at the registration commencement time.
The Director-General may, by order in writing, direct that any money standing to the credit of that Account on the date of its abolition be applied for any of the purposes referred to in section 11 (5) of the existing Act.
For the purposes of subclause (2), a reference to the existing Act in section 11 (5) of that Act is taken to include a reference to this Division and the provisions of the existing Act that are continued in effect by this Division.
