211G Referral of other misconduct matters to Commissioner
(1)
Section 211F does not prevent any police officer or administrative employee (within the meaning of Part 8A) from referring any misconduct matter of which the officer or employee becomes aware that the officer or employee is not under a duty to report under that section to the Commissioner.
(2)
Section 211F (6) applies to and in respect of a misconduct matter referred under this section in the same way as it applies to a report under section 211F.
