223 Review of Commissioner’s powers
(1)
The Minister is to review this Act each year to determine whether the terms of the Act with respect to the Commissioner’s functions remain appropriate.
(2)
The review is to be undertaken as soon as possible after 1 January in each year.
(3)
A report on the outcome of the review is to be tabled in each House of Parliament on or before 30 June in the same year.
