25 Increased maximum penalty imposed by Local Court
(1)
Section 25(3), as amended by the amendment Act, does not apply to proceedings commenced before the commencement of the amendment.
(2)
Section 25(3), as amended by the amendment Act, extends to an offence alleged to have been committed before the commencement of the amendment, but only if proceedings for the alleged offence commence on or after the commencement of the amendment.
