30 References to Radiation Control Act 1990 and Radiation Control Regulation 2013

On the commencement of the amendment Act, Schedule 1[1], a reference in an Act, instrument or other document to the Radiation Control Act 1990 is taken to include a reference to the Protection from Harmful Radiation Act 1990.
(2)
On the commencement of the amendment Act, Schedule 2.6[1], a reference in an Act, instrument or other document to the Radiation Control Regulation 2013 is taken to include a reference to the Protection from Harmful Radiation Regulation 2013.
