81L Effect of extinguishment
(1)
If a restrictive covenant is extinguished under this Part, the restrictive covenant is not enforceable and is of no effect.
(2)
The extinguishment of a restrictive covenant under this Part is binding on all persons, whether of full age or capacity or not, interested in enforcing the restrictive covenant whether or not they have had notice of its proposed extinguishment.
