12 Fees payable to the Registrar-General
(1)
The fees set out in Schedule 1 are payable to the Registrar-General.
(2)
A fee is payable—
(a)
before the service to which the fee relates is provided, or
(b)
at the time and in accordance with the conditions as the Registrar-General may agree with the person paying the fee.
