107 Use of information for the purposes of the mandatory alcohol interlock program

Transport for NSW may use data or information recorded in the NSW driver licence register for the purpose of research and evaluation of the mandatory alcohol interlock program under Division 2 of Part 7.4 of the Act.
(2)
In this clause, data or information does not include a photograph to which Part 3.5 of the Act applies.
