87 Failure to comply with a condition of approval
(1)
The holder of an approval who fails to comply with a condition of the approval is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
In this clause—
approval means approval of a person referred to in clause 51 of Schedule 4 to the Act (an existing approved interlock installer or existing approved interlock service provider).
