11 Powers of authorised officers
(1)
This Act, Part 11 extends to NSW Motorways.
(2)
For subclause (1), a reference in this Act, Part 11 to an authorised officer includes the following—
(a)
an employee in the service of NSW Motorways who is authorised by NSW Motorways to exercise the functions of an authorised officer under this Act,
(b)
a person of a class prescribed by the regulations who is authorised by NSW Motorways to exercise the functions of an authorised officer under this Act.
