Contributions to TfNSW by NSW Motorways

(1)

NSW Motorways must pay TfNSW the amounts determined by TfNSW from time to time as contributions in relation to the use of, and the movement of vehicles across, a bridge, tunnel or road-ferry if—

(a)

NSW Motorways is permitted under this Act, section 214(2) to levy tolls and charges in connection with traffic that uses the bridge, tunnel or road-ferry, and

(b)

the bridge, tunnel or road-ferry is under the control of TfNSW.

(2)

In this clause—

bridge includes the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
