210 Financial and other assistance for classified road forming boundary between local government areas
If a classified road forms the boundary between local government areas, TfNSW may allot any financial or other assistance with respect to the road to either or both of the councils of those areas—
(a)
in accordance with an agreement entered into between those councils, or
(b)
in the absence of such an agreement, in such manner as TfNSW considers will result in the road work being carried out most efficiently.
