Contributions to TfNSW by Transport Asset Manager and State Transit Authority

In force

Transport Asset Manager of New South Wales and the State Transit Authority must pay such amounts to TfNSW as TfNSW determines from time to time as contributions in relation to—

(a)

in the case of Transport Asset Manager of New South Wales—the movement of rolling stock over railway lines vested in or owned by that corporation on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and

(b)

in the case of the State Transit Authority—the carriage of passengers across the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
