32 Bush fire hazard reduction work required by hazard management officers—the Act, s 69
(1)
For the purposes of the Act, section 69(2), a hazard management officer must send a copy of the bush fire hazard reduction notice to the office of the NSW Rural Fire Service nearest to the land.
(2)
The hazard management officer must send the copy as soon as is reasonably practicable but not later than 72 hours after the notice has been served under the Act, section 66.
