The Act, s 100A, definition of “excluded land”

The following is prescribed as excluded land for the purposes of the Act, section 100A(1), definition of excluded land, paragraph (b)—

(a)

land that was, immediately before the commencement of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, land declared under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995, section 47 to be the critical habitat of an endangered species, population or ecological community,

(b)

land within Lord Howe Island.
