4 Composition of Advisory Committee—the Act, s 6(3)
The Advisory Committee must consist of not more than 10 members.
One member must be appointed chairperson by the member’s instrument of appointment.
The chairperson must have significant experience or expertise in the screen or digital games industry.
One member may be appointed deputy chairperson by the member’s instrument of appointment.
The deputy chairperson must not have significant experience or expertise in the screen or digital games industry.
At least 1 member must have experience in the digital games industry.
At least 1 member must be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
At least 1 member must—
have relevant experience in the screen or digital games industry, and
reside or work in regional New South Wales.
The other members must have relevant experience or expertise in the screen or digital games industry.
