Security Industry Act 1997

A licence is to be in any one or more approved forms.

A licence must—

contain the name of the licensee, and

specify the class (or subclass) of licence, and

contain the number of the licence, and

contain such other details as may be prescribed by the regulations.

A class 1 or class 2 licence must contain—

a photograph of the licensee taken by Service NSW, and

the signature of the licensee.

The Commissioner may decide that a master licence must contain either or both of the following—

a recent photograph of the licensee obtained in accordance with arrangements decided by the Commissioner,

the signature of the licensee.
