39F Contravention of visitor permit conditions
A holder of a visitor permit must not contravene any condition of the visitor permit.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
in the case of a corporation—200 penalty units, or
(b)
in the case of an individual—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
