39H Visitor permit to be produced on demand
The holder of a visitor permit must produce the visitor permit for inspection on demand by—
(a)
a police officer or any other member of the NSW Police Force, or
(b)
any person with whom the holder has dealings when carrying on a security activity.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
