43 Approval of persons or organisations providing approved training, assessment and instruction
(1)
A list of persons or organisations approved from time to time by the Commissioner for the purposes of section 27A of the Act is to be published on the website maintained by the Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate.
(2)
The Commissioner is to give notice in writing to any person or organisation removed from the list of approved persons or organisations as soon as practicable after the person or organisation is removed.
