20 Proceedings for offences
Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations are to be taken before the Local Court.
Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations may only be brought by—
the Director-General, or
a person or a member of a class of persons prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
Note.
Section 21 of the Health Administration Act 1982 provides for the delegation of a function of the Director-General.
Section 20A provides for inspectors to serve penalty notices.
