22 Giving of documents
Any notice or other document that is required by or under this Act to be given to a person may be given—
by delivering it personally to the person to whom it is addressed, or
by delivering to the place of residence or business of the person to whom it is addressed and by leaving it there for the person with some other person, or
by posting it to the person to whom it is addressed to the person’s place of residence or business last known to the person sending the document, or
by email to an email address specified by the person to whom it is addressed for being given documents of that kind, or
by any other method authorised by the regulations for the service of documents of that kind.
