In this part—
Death and Disability Superannuation Fund means the Death and Disability Superannuation Fund established under the firefighters award
permanent firefighter means a person employed as a permanent firefighter within the meaning of the award relating to death and disability benefits for firefighters that applied to the person at the time of employment.
