34 Provision of information—the Act, s 46AK(1)(c)
STC may, with the consent of the relevant employee, give the NSW Police Force or FTC information about the employee obtained in the administration of the Act for the purposes of complying with or giving effect to—
(a)
the police officer support scheme under the Police Act 1990, Part 9B, or
(b)
the death and disability insurance scheme that applied prior to the commencement of the Police Amendment (Police Officer Support Scheme) Act 2024.
