Amounts recovered to be applied towards debt recovery costs first

Current

Any amount recovered under a debt recovery order is to be applied as follows—

(a)

firstly, towards payment of the debt recovery costs payable under the debt recovery order,

(b)

secondly, towards payment of the remainder of the State debt.
