98 Chief Commissioner to administer debt recovery action
(1)
The Chief Commissioner has the function of administering the following—
(a)
the making of debt recovery orders,
(b)
the taking of debt recovery action under this Act,
(c)
the receipt and collection of State debts.
(2)
The Chief Commissioner has any other functions that are conferred or imposed on the Chief Commissioner by or under this Act.
