143 Decision about terminating strata scheme
(1)
On receiving an application to terminate a strata scheme, the Registrar-General may—
(a)
make an order terminating the scheme (a termination order), or
(b)
refuse to terminate the scheme.
(2)
A refusal by the Registrar-General to terminate a strata scheme does not prevent an application being made under section 135 for termination of the scheme.
