145 Registrar-General to record termination of strata scheme
On recording a termination order, the Registrar-General must—
(a)
cancel the folios for the lots and common property in the former parcel, and
(b)
if the strata scheme is a freehold strata scheme—create a folio or folios for the land in the former parcel.
