155 Application of Strata Schemes Management Act 2015
(1)
If there is an inconsistency between the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and this Part or an order of the court made under this Part, this Part and the order prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2)
To remove doubt, but subject to subsection (1)—
(a)
Schedule 1 to the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 applies in relation to a meeting of an owners corporation under this Part, and
(b)
Schedule 2 to the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 applies in relation to a meeting of a strata committee under this Part.
