Submission of strata renewal proposal

(1)

Any person (whether or not the person is the owner of a lot) may give a written proposal for the collective sale or redevelopment of a strata scheme (a strata renewal proposal) to the owners corporation of the scheme.

(2)

A strata renewal proposal must include the information or other matters prescribed by the regulations.

Note.

Under section 190, particular strata renewal proposals cannot be given to an owners corporation.
