Division 3Establishment, membership, function, operation and dissolution of strata renewal committees
166 Period of operation of committee
Unless the strata renewal committee is earlier dissolved, the committee may exercise its function—
(a)
for 2 years after the day it is established, or
(b)
if the owners corporation, by special resolution made before the end of the period referred to in paragraph (a), extends that period—for the extended period.
