167 Dissolution of committee
A strata renewal committee is dissolved on the earliest of the following days—
(a)
the day the owners corporation, by resolution, dissolves the committee,
(b)
the day the strata renewal plan prepared by the committee lapses under this Part,
(c)
the day the operational period of the committee ends, unless the required level of support for the strata renewal plan prepared by the committee has been obtained before that day,
(d)
the day the owners corporation decides to apply to the court for an order to give effect to the strata renewal plan prepared by the committee.
