Functions of Secretary

In force

The Secretary may—

(a)

give advice about the remedies available in relation to matters arising under this Part, and

(b)

try to bring the interested parties to an agreement that will settle any question, dispute or difficulty that arises from the operation of this Part, and

(c)

advise the relevant planning authority of any departure from the terms of a planning approval or strata development contract.
