5 Regulations relating to liabilities during transfer period
(1)
Regulations may be made for or with respect to liability for payment of employer contributions, benefits or other employer liabilities under this Act payable during, or in respect of, any period in which a contributor may elect to transfer employment or superannuation coverage (as referred to in section 62A) and before any such election is made.
(2)
A regulation under this clause has effect despite any other provision of this Act or the regulations.
